Just 3 blocks west is downtown Laramie, offering a mecca of local shops, delicious restaurants and historic sites! From the city, you can also visit the Laramie Historic Railroad Depot that houses a small museum, art exhibits and various community functions.
A quick 3-block walk east will take you to the University of Wyoming campus, where you can watch a football game, gaze at stars in the planetarium or access the University of Wyoming Geological Museum! Also near the home is LaBonte Park, offering a family-friendly community garden with a skate park, soccer fields and playground.
For a day trip, take a quick 30-minute drive to Medicine Bow National Forest to hike the scenic trails, fish along the rivers and look out to breathtaking vistas on the Snowy Range Scenic Byway. In the wintertime, head to the Snowy Range Ski Area to shred some fresh power on your skis, snowboard or snowmobile!

Wonderful rental
5/5 The unit was very comfortable. Great space for to stay with my sons while visiting their brother who attends UW. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were well appointed.
Would highly recommend the rental and will certainly stay there again!

Home away from home
5/5 This home was beautifully done! The layout is spread over three stories and gives a lot of room for people to feel like they have some space and do not have to sit on top of each other. We were in for a graduation and were able to have our son and a friend of his stay with us. We also had his parents over and we cooked a meal for everyone and were able to sit back, relax and enjoy each other’s company. Laramie doesn’t have many up to date hotel options and this was the perfect alternative. It was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens and very well stocked kitchen. The proceeds support the local museum and Joyce was a superb hostess. Made sure we made it in okay and was available if we needed anything during our stay.
