The location and setup of this house made it perfect for the 6 of us to have our own space. The family room was nice and spread out. The art is fun. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Booking was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
Grandma and 2 families came to visit the zoo. This house worked great because there was plenty of room to separate families with babies so they didn't disturb each other. House was clean, close to stores and places we needed to go. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for families traveling together.
We really liked the house and location near University of Puget Sound and Proctor Street. The house is blocks from both. Three stories, two full baths, laundry, small but stocked kitchen, very comfortable couches and beds. Big dining table. The rental listing is new, I think, and needs a little attention to be as good as other VRBOs I've stayed at. Good points: lots of towels, tissue, condiments, dishes, lighting, two TVs, ample seating and space. Not so good points: the TV didn't have service and a light in the master was missing a knob, the bedroom carpet wasn't vacuumed and the floors in the hall were sticky and not clean. The owner likely needs to talk to the management company to fix these oversights. I feel like, if you advertise you have a TV, then it should actually work. We received a partial return of our cleaning fee because we notified the management company. So, we appreciate that they compensated us because they lacked time to adequately clean before our arrival. We hope to stay here again, so I truly hope they work out their cleaning schedule. It seemed clean otherwise. Easy parking, quiet street. Excellent heat. Pretty house, older, no strange smells. I would just contact the management company ahead of time to make sure they can be ready for you.

This rental is a nice affordable BB. It is skinny and three stores. 1 bedroom upstairs 2 bedrooms on the other two levels . Ceiling are short in places being an older home. Overall cute clean rental.

The good:- two separate living areas; one on the main floor, and one in the finished basement.- Lots of beds and bedrooms: 5 full sized beds and one twin bed in the five bedrooms. Two bedrooms in the finished basement with one full-size bed in each, two bedrooms on the main floor with one full size bed in each, and one bedroom in the finished attic with one full and one twin bed. - Older, but well kept neighborhood. Quiet at night. The not so great:- The kitchen is tiny - like what I would expect in a small studio apartment. - The bathtub on the main floor had some reddish mud (I hope it was mud) in it. This rinsed easily but was a little disconcerting. - One thermostat on the main floor. The bedrooms were far too warm even with the thermostat set at 65°, and the living area on the main floor was too cold.- Some of the carpeted stains on them, some of those stains were obviously from pets.- The outside garbage can was full to overflowing when we arrived and had another garbage bag sitting next to it. Don’t know when garbage day is in this neighborhood.- The sheets and/or bedspread in one of the bedrooms smelled very very strongly of some sort of laundry product.- Most of the floors were only marginally cleaned, some perhaps not at all.- One of the lamps in the larger bedroom on the main floor didn’t work. - The TV in the basement living area appears to have been damaged slightly. The bad: - The toilet in the finished basement restroom rocks to the side when one goes to clean up after doing their business. This is a safety and very likely a sanitary problem. - Although we arrived about a day after an ice storm, there appeared to have been no effort to remove the ice from the walkway or front deck areas.
