  My family & I had a wonderful experience. On our first day, although the hottest day of the year thus far, management went out of their way to make sure the unit was cooled and comfortable. The place was nice and neat, with everything you would expect. Great neighborhood!

  We very much enjoyed the Green Lake location of this condo! It was walking distance to a cute walk around the lake (~3 mile loop) as well as lots of shops, restaurants & coffee shops. Easy access to the light rail as well for the Roosevelt station.

  We were there in mid-November and I'd definitely recommend turning on the heat as it gets chilly upstairs! The fireplace is a very nice touch, though it takes some time to give off heat in the downstairs. King bed on the third floor was very comfortable, though we preferred the shower on the second floor. Great amenities in the washer/dryer + hairdryer.

  Easy checkout process - though we did wish we could check-in a little earlier than 4pm since we had our bags after the airport when we got in that morning.

  Great communication with the host! Pleasant stay all around.

  We really liked the location of this townhouse. Close to Green Lake trail, close to swanky grocery store, restaurants nearby, easy access to I-5 and to Roosevelt link station (~0.5 mi). House itself was also pretty good - clean, and with comfortable beds. Very close to highway but we were not bothered by highway noise. As others have indicated it is pretty muted with windows closed; we just took it as white noise when the windows were open.

  Be aware that it is basically four boxes stacked: 1st floor garage & steps up, 2nd floor kitchen, LR and half-bath, 3rd floor BR, bathroom & laundry, 4th floor BR & bathroom. 2nd floor has kitchen counter with 4 barstools; no table for eating.

  We were glad of the garage as on-street parking was typically packed. Street is narrow so getting out of the driveway was a bit of a chore.

  Visited in early Oct. Glad of open windows and supplemental fans as the house got a bit warm in the lovely weather we had.

  great location near Green Lake, easy walk to good grocery store. large bedrooms and comfortable beds. clean,. Parking garage. The condo is located close to a 12 lane highway. Traffic noise can be avoided by tightly closing the windows. Opening windows is to noisy.
