Eclectic Seattle Townhome-Seattle stay
5/5 The property was just as described and nicer than the photos-perfect for two couples! The amenities were much appreciated-well stocked items in the kitchen (utensils, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, etc) were a welcome surprise! The washer, dryer and choices of laundry detergent were an added bonus! A little tricky to find (even w/ Evolve’s directions and GPS) but once we did, very nice area and parking was at our doorstep. One reviewer commented on “two steep staircases” to the bedrooms-there is a staircase once you enter the townhouse to the living area and kitchen and a second set of stairs to the bedrooms. Stairs are not steep; the four of us are 64+ and use the stairs in our own homes infrequently and had no issues. We extended our stay and communication w/ the Evolve team to do so was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more home-y week long accommodations!

5/5 We had an extended winter stay to be with family when grandchild was born. The host was very gracious and responsive and went out of his way to prepare things for us. The property was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the townhouse is well located to Central District and downtown Seattle. Extra benefit was the park across the street with playground. We would definitely stay again when returning to Seattle!

5/5 The gas oven didn’t work and we tried running the cleaning feature on the electricOven before we left and it stopped part way thru the cycle and wouldn’t unlock.

First time in Seattle
4/5 Not knowing Seattle we picked a great spot very close to downtown. Trouble finding more than once due to address and construction. The park across the street I am sure is not as safe as it used to be. Do not rent if you can’t climb stairs 2 steep staircases to get to bedrooms. Overall great trip
