  • WE DID NOT STAY HERE!!

    1/5

We ended up not staying here and had to find a hotel. This place was extremely DIRTY!!! All the walls through out this place were VERY dirty along with holes in them, the kitchen and the utensils were dirty, hardware was falling apart, doors were damaged, spider webs above the bed and the bedding in both rooms were dirty (They had hair all over them including pubic hair) I contacted my host stating we were NOT staying here. He said the house has not had time for repairs because of bookings and that he could send out a cleaning crew. All of the repairs and cleaning should have been done BEFORE the guest check in. After seeing the inside of the house ( never even unpacked).we had to find a new place to stay. ( which made our family vacation very stressful) We told our host we were leaving and want a full refund. The company Evolve gave us a Guest Contact for all our primary points of contact for our stay. When I contacted him about the situation he told us we had to contact someone else. I asked him for a name and number but we never got a response. We are still waiting for our refund. *** DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING!!!***

  • Great value in Beacon Hill

    5/5

If you have friends/family in Beacon Hill, this is a great place to stay for a visit. We stayed here with our child for the Christmas holidays and it was perfect.

Sure, it doesn’t have artwork or space for entertaining - but it does have good beds, a kitchen you can make most any meal in, good laundry/wifi/bathrooms.

The heat in winter was good, and it seems they may have solved previous AC concerns - there were portable AC units (put away for winter) in the closets for each floor, in addition to the built-in minisplit in the main bedroom.

Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend if using as a place to stay visiting people who live “south of 90”.

  • Close to everything we wanted to do. The Space Needle, Pike Place, and the airport were close.

    5/5

Nice accommodations. Plenty of pillows and bath towels.

  • Not worth the money

    2/5

Multiple issues with this property.1) We reached out to see if A/C was in the property (since it wasn’t clear in the details) and we got a response from the 3rd party leasing company and they had no idea.2) We had to reach out to the company 45 min. AFTER Check-in to obtain the code to get in the house.3) This house had the bare minimums. They gave us 4 towels when we had 5 guests staying and they knew this. There was one small, wall mounted A/C unit in the main bedroom but at midday it is not nearly enough to keep the house at a cool temp and is clearly made to hopefully just keep the one room cool-ish otherwise the rest of the house is very warm! The lack of furnishings were bad. No TVs in individual rooms, one cheap couch in the small living room, no decor on the walls, and lastly they had a nice rooftop patio with NO OUTDOOR furniture! A good spot gone to waste! This house was clearly bought just to put the bare minimums in and make a good profit. If they would just invest in the property and make it nice and have great customer service, then this property and it’s location would be well worth what we paid but with the lack thereof it wasn’t worth half that!Lastly, just for clarity and perspective, my wife and I passed on staying there the last night and found a hotel to stay in.

    Manager's Response:

Hi Ben, we always appreciate hearing from our guests. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We have high standards of hospitality for our property to ensure our guests have 5-star experiences. We sincerely apologize for any issues during your stay. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately but were not given the opportunity as we didn't receive any communications. The check-in code and instructions are provided in the pre-stay email that guests receive via email. The listing and photos are accurately advertised and full furnishing and amenities are noted in detail and shown in the photos. The listing does not mention rooftop furniture and television - this can all be confirmed prior to booking a reservation. We do all we can to create the best experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Great Location. Super Clean

    4/5

Great place for getting in and out of downtown Seattle. Very close to the freeway so quite noisy. Living room is very small.
