Quiet little gem, super close to downtown without having to be downtown
5/5 My husband, 2 year old daughter and myself stayed here over labor day weekend. The views were great, the place was super clean and had everything we needed. The house is in a really quiet area but still close to all the major attractions. Great water views!
3/5 Location and view of puget sound are great making this property worthwhile. However, kitchen has ant problem that infested garbage and any small amount of food left on countertop. Overall okay place if looking for easy access around Seattle. Appreciated helpful book on good restaurants around town

Great location
5/5 This home is in a great neighborhood and has great views. It is well stocked and very clean upon our arrival. We had an issue with an AC unit and it was quickly addressed.
5/5 We were visiting to celebrate our daughter's graduation at UW. This house was well furnished, had easy access to downtown and the university. Was clean and comfortable. And has an awesome view!

5/5 My parents came in from out of town and this house was perfect for them and myself to stay in. Beautiful views from the upper living room/kitchen area. Nice, quiet neighborhood we could walk around but also close to downtown for dinners and sightseeing. Beds were super comfy, kitchen well-equipped, loved the instant heat showers, and the living room was great for family movie nights :) Host was also very responsive to my texts.
