• Great stay at Suncadia!

  Small family get away for major birthday at great location! Guys spent a day golfing, course was beautiful! BBQ at our unit, for a relaxing evening. Location is great, near everything! We walked , enjoying fresh air and saw plenty of deer! Unit is very nice and accommodated our family of five adults nicely!

• Beautiful spacious place with easy check in and out

  Great place, all amenities, great for social distancing. Owner was friendly and responsive, not a huge list of rules and requirements. Lots of space, very comfortable furniture, cute nook/hideout the kids loved. The only issue was that Suncadia would not let you use any amenities unless you booked straight from them. This was difficult since everything at Suncadia revolves around its amenities no use of pool, or ice skating, if tubing was open you would not have had access to the tubing hill. Without these amenities it is pointless to stay at suncadia.There was no price break for not booking with Suncadia so if you plan on using amenities look into it.

  Thank you for staying at my home. It seems like the house worked out perfectly for you except for the use of all the amenities. Unfortunately, during the days of Covid, things have changed. Suncadia is limiting the number of people who enjoy the activities that are normally available to everyone. However, for those who are interested, I am able to help with making reservations. The cost of booking directly through Suncadia for a place that sleeps 10, and has a fully stocked kitchen and bbq is substantially more expensive. I do appreciate your feedback and thank you again for visiting Suncadia.

• Perfect family getaway!

  Troy's home was perfect for my family. The kitchen was fully equipped, the home was spacious, and the location was perfect for all the surrounding activities. Troy was very accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our trip was the best.

• Great, comfortable house.

  We thought the house was great, comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed walking to the winery, the small pumpkin patch and watching movies on the large tv. One thing that we were disappointed by was we were under the impression we could use the Suncadia amenities like the pool and gym which was not the case. That was why we chose a house to rent inside Suncadia. If your not bothered by that aspect it’s a great place to rent, a little pricey with the cleaning fee, it ends up being not quite worth it for a weekend but if your staying longer it’s probably makes more sense. It’s fully stocked with everything you need and nice touches.

It's unfortunate that the assumption was made that guests had access to the pool and gym, even though it was not advertised in the VRBO description of the property. As for the cleaning fee, good housekeepers are hard to find. Good housekeepers that spend extra time in order to adhere to proper cleaning protocols during a pandemic, are invaluable.
