From nearby hiking trails to the vibrant fairways at Hermitage Golf Club and Mount Snow Resort, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The mountain has numerous summer activities to partake in, such as the Wilmington Antique & Flea Market, 24th Annual Mount Snow Brewers Festival, and Vermont Wine & Harvest Festival. For a little action, hop on a hiking or mountain biking trail!
Less than a 10-minute drive will take you to Harriman Reservoir, home to prime boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding conditions, as well as the famed circular dam! When the snow falls, head to Mount Snow for some sensational skiing and snowboarding. Also nearby is the Vacation Association of Snow Travelers (VAST) snowmobiling trail!
If you prefer to stay close to the home, stroll through town to peruse quaint shops like Bartleby's Books and the Wilmington Candle Company. When you get hungry, grab a bite at local eatery Maple Leaf Tavern, Dot's, or Scalia's Wood-Fire Pizzeria!

Exceeded expectations
5/5 What a great experience. The locations is convenient, ample parking, big, clean, well appointed house, very comfortable beds. Our entire group couldn't stop remarking about what a gem this house is. We'll certainly look to revisit soon!

Spacious and comfy for multiple families
4/5 Spacious house with multiple bedrooms and dining / living areas. Well equipped large open kitchen. Nice game room in basement for the kids. Just 15 minutes from Mount Snow. Internet service and hot water boiler could use an upgrade.

Great place for our Mount Snow multiple family trip
4/5 Huge house that easily housed our 5 families. Multiple spaces for everyone's choice. Large, extremely well equipped kitchen for those who loves to cook, and two dining areas. Nice game room at the basement, to keep the kids out of sight when necessary. Very close to Wilmington's town center, and 15 minutes from Mount Snow. The only caveats are the slow internet, and the hot water boiler that lead to some quick showers.

We are glad that most of the property worked well for you. About Internet is being upgraded to fiber optics high speed real soon. The hot water was adjusted and all fixed. These minor maintenance issues happen, but we hope that the next time you visit us these details work better.
Christmas gathering
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend with our large family. The house is perfect for various activities happening simultaneously, pool tournament in basement and games in the living room. Had a lovely grab bag exchanged in the living room with the stone fireplace blazing in the back. Kitchen was well stocked. House was as advertise and affordable for young families. Internet was spotty but that made it more enjoyable as we interacted more. Overall, we were very pleased with the house.
