Great location great view for the fireworks at mt snow
4/5 House is a little tired Grill and back porch table very dirty we cleaned the grill spotless and the table Lots of room spread out which was nice Kitchen island was great We did lots of cooking Overall it was very nice in fact on our last evening we saw a big black bear right outside the window what a thrill
