The perfect escape
5/5 Our stay at Quisisana South was exactly what our family needed, and so much more than I expected! The house is a perfect layout for a family, with a master suite on the ground floor, bunk beds in an upstairs bedroom for the kids, and an additional bedroom for yet another family member! the house is BEYOND comfortable, stylish, and so well-appointed with everything you need to make vacationing easy. And did I mention the screened-in game room! What an awesome and easy way to pass the time with kids while still feeling connected to the outdoors! Foosball, Ping-Pong, darts, and more, and even an frisbee golf basket in the backyard!
The cherry on-top is of course, the hot-tub... relaxing in the hot-tub, surrounded by the trees and the sounds of nature, made all the stresses of modern urban life fall away.
We will certainly book another stay at Quisisana South.
Perfect weekend in the woods!
5/5 Quisisana South was the last leg of our kids' Spring Break and our family headed there after a few days of camping in Luray. The Bryans' cabin is well-equipped with all of the conveniences of home, including hi-speed wi-fi, all kitchen tools/gadgets and toiletries in the restrooms- definitely an upgrade from our two days prior "roughing it"! Our two kids, my husband and I and my in-laws fit comfortably in the space, between the three spacious bedrooms. The weather over the weekend was cool but sunny, and we spent a lot of time playing in the game room downstairs and walking and playing on the golf-course green, which was just a few yards away. Sadly, we didn't get in the hot tub because we all forgot our bathing suits! In terms of decor, the cabin has the perfect mix of retro "woodsy" themed rooms but with a fun modern touch.
The only thing missing from our stay was an extra few days!! Thanks for an amazing stay, Bryans! We will definitely be back.
Great weekend in Wintergreen
5/5 We came to Wintergreen for a weekend of skiing and relaxing, and the house was the perfect place to stay! It was the perfect size for 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). The house was clean and updated nicely. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room was a hit with the kids! We are looking forward to our next weekend in Wintergreen and will definitely stay here again!
