Not as advertized
2/5 I was arriving early but did not hear back from the on-site contact re: early check in, however booking co. was very prompt in getting me an answer. Property was much more run down than pictures showed. Loose toilet seat, mold on shower curtain, broken water dispenser on fridge, burned out light above stove and flies at entrance door that made it nearly impossible to get in without a few getting inside. The property is beach front but this condo is not, which was misleading in online description.

Was a really cute little place and for the time of year was quiet.
5/5 Stephanie was very helpful and pleasant and we enjoyed our time there and would stay there again. As mentioned in another review - it could use dark drapes to keep the light out at night but I was prepared and hung up a drape and it was fine.

Deceiving
3/5 The room was very comfortable for everyone with very we needed. I was under the impression when I rented this place that it was one of rooms from the pictures! I know there's a difference between oceanfront and Oceanview. We had a view of a green pool next door.

The studio is an oceanfront property with a private grassy terrace overlooking the oceanfront. We'll update the listing so our future guests are aware. The room portrayed in the listing is the actual room you stayed in. The only difference was the bedding since it was upgraded. We apologize for the confusion.

5/5 Took a long weekend vacation to Virginia Beach, this studio was the perfect fit for two people. Comfortable, clean, and well decorated!!
Previous reviews complained of the light & need for curtains— my boyfriend and I didn’t even notice the light, the blinds were perfect!
The host was wonderful and even offered for us to have a quirky painting in the closet because we said we liked it— we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Virginia Beach!!
