5/5 This house was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! Newly renovated, ample space, and fully stocked with any kitchen appliance you could need. We couldn’t have asked for more! I highly recommend staying here.
Wonderful stay!
5/5 We had a lovely time at this property. There are so many more amenities and extras than other places we have stayed— not only the coffee bar but smoothie blender, crock pot… even wine and chocolates upon arrival!
The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable, plenty of towels, and the inside and outside was just beautiful.
The owner was so very helpful and responsive, even told us where to see the best views!!
Book this place if you can!!

Xcellent House for Relaxation
5/5 I do not usually write reviews, good or bad but I am making an exception here. Shamokin View Chalet exceeded all of our expectations. The house was very well stocked, very clean and super comfortable. We watched a lot of football on the huge TV’s and the kids marinated in the hot tub. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. All in all this was a great place to decompress after Christmas. Hope to get back soon.
