It was beaching!!
5/5 I loved the location and community. It has a beach town vibe with all the shops, restaurants, bars, parks etc. This is really an affordable gem with access to amazing views of the beach. The people in the community are helpful and proud of their community.

Great location / quiet rental
5/5 My friend and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. The location is about 8-10 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to some restaurants. The condo was clean,quiet and beds / bedding were very comfortable. There was paper towels, soap, and toilet paper provided as well as nice bath towels. This location is a reasonable distance to many fun attractions.

Needs a little TLC
3/5 The unit is a 2 story condo with 1 bathroom at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor. I have stayed a many air bnbs over the years. Unit is old. This is a very basic condo , needs more options for cooking,bedding, and wash towels. I spoke with owner who lives in California. He promised to upgrade for future guests. He was easy to contact and agreed to see to upgrades.
Pros: Beaches are nearby and many restaurants in the area.
Cons: Virginia Beach boardwalk is 30 minutes away.
