  The location is walks from the beach. The backyard is very family friendly with a play area for children and adults. Nice patio for cooking and lounging. The refrigerator did not work at all. Someone came out the first day and bought a mini frig but we were there for 4 days and it did not hold all of our items. We end up wasting a lot of food/drink due to this. Bring your own towels if you have a large group. IMO there are too many decorations. Sitting at the dining table, you could not see the person in front of you (there were 8 huge pieces of table decor). Also, be careful on the dining room table rug. It is raveling and needs to be replaced. Several of us almost tripped multiple times. Not all bedroom tvs are equipped with cable/firestick/apple tv.

• Very nice home

  Home was extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our only concern was the gas was on in the outdoor grill but I’m sure the owner didn’t leave it that way. We had no issues so I didn’t have to communicate with the property manager.

• Nice house to bad it's not managed correctly .

  The house was great, but there were a lot of problems. The heater was broken and we had to put the air on because it was 84 in the house in the middle of Dec. There were many thing broken in the house and I had to take pictures so that they wouldn't charge me. When we came in every table and counter was covered with things that 2 and 3 yr olds would have loved to destroy, so I put everything in the closet. The play set had a lot of broken wood and is not safe for children to use. If you go, bring more towels and pillows, and make sure you get all the password to the TV. The house is big and the kitchen was easy to work in. If they would go in and fix the problems, the house would be the perfect place to stay.

We apologize for the heat in our home. We have an AC unit on each floor, but it can take longer for the second floor to cool down. We've had an Air Conditioning technician out to look at the units. He states that they both work well, but we will look into replacing the air conditioning unit if we receive additional feedback like this. We use professional photography for the home, so all decor and furniture you see on the listing are as advertised. Before booking a property, parents should decide if the furnishings are age appropriate. Our playset is well-maintained, and we just finished cleaning the game section. We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have remediated any issues you were experiencing. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"
