Great location - Property could be a real gem with some TLC!
3/5 The location of the property was perfect for JMU Graduation. The booking to checkin process was flawless. We had a fantastic time. With a little TLC, this place would be even better. The property is rustic but needs to be a little cleaner. Some things were broken, closets had cobwebs and bugs, used coffee was left in the coffee maker, there were crumbs and hair showing it had not been well vacuumed. We were only left 2 starter rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. A good housecleaning would make this property shine.

Could have been better
2/5 Overall the location is good. The inside of the house could be updated and stepping outside needs a overall cleaning. The webs will catch you going in and coming out. You could not set down outside on the deck because nothing is clean all around the downstairs and upstairs deck along with the windows and doorways was dirty and dusty like you didn't want to touch anything at all. Some of the lights fixtures you have to click a couple of times to come on and it's a good thing we only stay two nights because I couldn't stay there much longer. A good steam cleaning on doors, windows and maintenance on the outside ground is much needed.
