Great Location
5/5 The location was perfect for us. Only 20 minutes from the luray caverns and rescue zoo. Also can reach the grocery store and everything else within 20 minutes and your still in the woods and slightly secluded. The kids enjoyed running around the front yard.

Quiet country retreat
5/5 This cabin was clean and smelled nice, the check in was painless, and it had everything we needed except an extra comforter (good thing we brought ours just in case). Pretty conveniently located to the town of luray, and we spent time at the caverns, some time shopping down town, and some time on the Shanendoah. When I emailed the property manager in the afternoon, my email was returned by the next morning, although I could have called and maybe gotten a quicker response if I needed (my question was not urgent). We found the key to the “fallout shelter” which housed a washer a dryer for clean clothes! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would come again. The only drawback I noticed on the last day was the kitchen AC unit has mold in it, but we did not use either unit so that wasn’t an issue for us. I didn’t check the front AC unit.

Could Have Been a better experience overall.
4/5 Could have better prepared the property to accept us. House wasn't all that clean. Deck is in disrepair. Entrance driveway was an absolute nightmare from being washed out. Storm door didn't latch, I repaired myself due to safety concerns for my youngest daughter. Deck gate didn't latch either and had to be lifted to closed due to being worn out and beginning to rot. The property contact did have someone come fix the entrance driveway within 2 days of being notified.

Nice Place
4/5 Good stay - arrival was a bit of a put off due to the fact the deck had not been cleaned off - spent close to an hour cleaning it in order to grill and sit out to enjoy the beautiful evening. Property manager should have done better

Cozy cabin
4/5 Cute cottage, but not without a couple snags. The heaters didn't work in the living area and bathroom. The wall mounted grab bar in the shower isn't safe. Soiled, musty linens in bedroom closet. Three people, four days, one set of towels each.
Rain washed away the entrance to the driveway . We had a sedan, and did alright, but can see it could become an issue.
Seemed that it could have used a spring cleaning and airing out.
The fair, we didn't contact the host with these issues
