Needs maintenance and some owner TLC
2/5 The unit was adequate for our space needs and is part of an attractive little condo unit. This unit was chosen because of proximity to a family reunion.
It looks like someone has tried to add a fresh look with the handsome new sofa, pillows and lots of decorative stuff around...but even that is worn. The upstairs master could use thinning out of stuff. Less is more.
This condo is well situated in this section of Hampton and close to amenities. The other unites looked great from street.
It simply needs some consistent TLC and repair

Very accommodating home. Well taken care of.
5/5 Property is near everything and neiborhood is nice.Amit, the owner was very friendly when I needed to ask a question. We got in earlier that scheduled and both he and his cleaning service person Corwin got back to me immediately to assure me that the house was already ready to go in. That was Great because we were so tired after coming from so far.

Just what we needed!!
5/5 If I could rate this property 10 stars I would. the owner was extremely accessible and responsive to every need and inquiry. The property is extremely clean, well organized, and full of the amenities and supplies needed to make you feel at home. After a horrible experience at a different property this owner made sure that we were well taken care of during our stay. The property is located just minutes from beaches close to grocery stores and other shopping centers. If you would like to have the home away from home experience do not hesitate to rent this property.
