Needs Sound Barrier Between Units
2/5 Our Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly via text.The unit was well stocked with linens, snacks, water, dog treats, laundry needs, meal prep, cookware, and tableware. Unfortunately, there is no sound barrier between this unit and the unit above it. We heard every step of the upper guests and their two 60-80 lb dogs. Also, we clearly heard their conversations when standing in the hallway. They smoked in their "no smoking" unit which then came into our unit. Their dogs intimated our little 24 lb dog so he didn't want to use the yard. Instead we took him off property to relieve himself. We paid close attention to where their dogs were when entering and exiting the backyard thru the gate.This unit would be 5 stars if there was a sound barrier between the units and the backyard was divided between the 2 units. Comfy beds and ample hot water. New Metro stop opening May 18th at Potomac Yards. Great location for exploring the area.

Rent the top floor..
2/5 Close to everything, house was clean and groovy. The only bad part is you can hear every foot step from the upstairs people. Rent the top floor!!
Great stay
5/5 Beautiful remodeled property with all the amenities. The owners were very kind and helpful. The yard was perfect for our dogs.
