5/5 Great location just a block away from everything on King Street. The place was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.

Its super clean and had everything we needed
We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioner as it was very hot for the two days we were there. We did figure it out the second night.
Kimberly was wonderful and everything was as she said it would be
Perfect for DC trip
5/5 One of favorite VRBOs ever for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens. Well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and one block from King St. shops & restaurants. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was a huge plus, and the 2 bedrooms and 2 extra fold -out couches gave us plenty of space. We walked the .5 mile to metro stop (sometimes took free trolley) and didn't need to rent a car. Property concierge was immediately reachable for the one small issue that came up (wifi stopped working) and fixed the problem immediately. Exceptional stay for our family!
