Good stay
4/5 Upon arrival the bathrooms were still a little dirty, and there was not enough toilet paper or garbage bags for the whole stay. Other then that it was great

Long weekend
4/5 The home was a good size for five adults, allowing everyone their own rooms. The location worked great for us. We were even close enough to Kolob Canyon and took a quick drive through it. It was beautiful, I would recommend it.The condo had all the appliances you could need, even a crockpot, my personal favorite for busy days out exploring. However, if you are a coffee drinker the pot only held enough for about four cups of coffee, and for five people we had to make multiple pots for the morning. If I had any suggestions it would be more dishes/glasses. There were only 6 dishes which meant we did dishes after every meal and there was only one juice-sized glass. There were plenty of plastic/kids' dishes and cups, though.If we make it back to Utah we may consider this location again.

5/5 Great property and work by the EVOLVE ownership team . Beautiful residence and property- about 35 min from the park but we’ll worth it for this nice home close to the park AND family essentials (walmart etc!) thank you !

Great place to stay
4/5 This was a great place to stay. Great location. Great clubhouse, pools, and hot tubs. Spacious town home. Small back yard with a bbq and table. (BBQ didn’t work) The main level was not swept or vacuumed. There were crumbs everywhere. The inside of the fridge was not cleaned, it was emptied but not cleaned. The bathrooms were clean. The bedrooms were clean. All in all a great place. My only complaints were as mentioned; bbq didn’t work, dirty floor, and dirty fridge.
