Perfect Salt Lake City Home
5/5 What an amazing experience! My wife and I were looking for a perfect Anniversary rental, and we found it! The hosts were so kind! They made sure to check in and make sure things were going well. The A/C worked perfectly. The bed and sheets were comfortable. It was a mix of modern and historical! The price was excellent! Being on a busy road didn’t bother us at all. The bedrooms are towards the back of the house so road noise was minimal. Definitely staying here again!
Cozy stay in a wonderful home
5/5 We had a wonderful and very easy stay in this well-located home. The host was great in communicating with us and we will be sure to consider this place again the next time we are in SLC.

5/5 We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant location. It was close to everything we wanted to see, the house was well maintained and the owners were extremely attentive to our needs while we were there. They hadn't been renting it for very long, so were proactive in asking for suggestions about how they could make the property better. They acted on a couple of our suggestions immediately by having items delivered to the front porch the following morning, and said they would make other improvements the next time they are at the property. We would highly recommend this rental.
Good space, horrible beds
2/5 One bed was in pretty bad shape with a mattress that sinks in the middle an old pull out couch as an option. A bad sleep can ruin your stay anywhere, this is sad because the place is well located and the space is decent

Shared from the owner: "We are so sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well in our beds, Rafa! So far people have quite liked the beds. The mattresses are on the softer side, so that's certainly a preference, but both beds and mattresses are only a few months old and are both very high-quality brands. The second bed is a Murphy bed as advertised in the pictures and also brand new. Again, we apologize that the beds didn't meet your expectations. In the future, we will provide a firmer mattress top for the master bedroom to bring the firmness more toward average. Thank you for taking the time to review."
Charming in Salt Lake City
5/5 This bungalow is beautifully restored and located close to the Sugarhouse area which isgreat for dining and shopping. The owners and property managers were great to work with. We had everything we needed for our extended stay in Salt Lake City.
