Nice Manager/Dirty Grimy Property
2/5 The property mgr was very nice and responded when I sent texts. They allowed us to ck-in early which was great. Unfortunately, the house was left very dirty. Not swept, lots of trash under beds, behind dressers. I had to run all the dishes through the dishwasher before we used them. Both bathrooms needed new shower curtains and needed I spent time scouring tubs. We did inform the mgr and I emailed pictures and she let us know that they would contact the house cleaners. Hopefully this was just a one off because our overall experience would have been much better otherwise.

It was okay not great
4/5 The beds are a little uncomfortable but not horrible. it was quit other than the neighbors dog barking the second morning

Fine base for visiting Salt Lake
3/5 This house is suitable for a mid size group that needs a place to sleep, but is not really meant for gathering. Kitchen is small, poorly stocked, and strangely laid out. Towels were folded wet on the beds and there were no linens for the futons. Manager got us some later, but it made the first night uncomfortable.

Hi Cade, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We're sorry you felt that there was not much space for gathering. There are two living rooms in which guests can spend time in.
- There are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 guests. There were only 5 guests listed on this booking so we did not leave out additional bedding for the futon. We brought this over as soon as we were notified.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
