Everything about this place says, "Come Stay Again!" We absolutely LOVE the location, the outdoor venues, the BEDS (don't get me started), the hot tub, the river, the fire pit, and last but not least, pebble ice!
Location: so easy to get to and accessible.
Outdoor Venues: we love that it's so close to skiing, eating places, I-15, Park City, and shopping
BEDS!: I sleep better in this bed than my bed at home! Such a comfy memory foam bed!
Hot Tub: This is nice a new with a super cool blue tooth plug-in with lights! (so fun!!)
The River: we loved going from the hot tub to the river over and over again - the Nordic Plunge!! (my teenagers LOVE this feature!)
Fire Pit: it's just so much fun to sit around the fire after soaking in the hot tub, and doing s'mores.
Pebble Ice!: all you eat/drink pebble ice is seriously like the cherry on top of this great getaway!
Thank you so much for making this place available on the market!! Our family will definitely be returning!
Signed,
Coming Back!!!
This place was very nice. Kitchen was great. However, the counters are chest height. I'm 5'7" and my husband and son are 5'10". They've got step stools at every sink, so it works, and it was pretty entertaining. Wasn't a issue for me, and would be amazing if you're over 6'. If you're closer to 5', you may want to think twice. We were homebound a lot more than planned due to terrible weather. However, wildlife viewing was great (Elk and Mule Deer), could watch them right out the windows! This was one of my highlights. Bring your binoculars! It was really nice to have the hot tub, great amenity! The snow was pretty high, so it was hard to see the creek, but it could be seen if you made an effort. W/o the couple feet of snow, would be no problem and would be so amazing! The neighbors are really close and the road is super narrow - not fitting 2 cars side-by-side. Fortunately we didn’t have issues. And other than the neighbor dog and chickens it was a quiet neighborhood. Also note due to the 3 levels, there is a lot of stairs and a different climate on each level regardless of where the thermostats are set. About 6-8 degrees different each level. There are a few maintenance items that could be taken care of, but not deal breakers. This was a very nice place and a great location! Close to so many places! I just wish we had better weather to go see all the amazing places and hike all the great trails. We walked to Bridal Veil Falls from the house and that was so great.

We loved our stay here. There are so many highlights from our visit: There are amazing views of South Fork canyon from the third story. Lots of bright, natural light from the many large windows. A full kitchen with every cooking utensil provided. Firm but comfortable primary bedroom mattress. Easy to use jacuzzi! I thought the living room was very comfortable and easy to relax in. We got a lot of reading in during our days and some fun movies using their smart tv during the evenings. Doordash, Uber Eats, etc all deliver here. It was nice because we felt like we were secluded but also had the convenience of the city. The perfect getaway! We'll definitely be returning in the future.

Worked well for a long weekend at Sundance.

Very much enjoyed our small family Thanksgiving holiday weekend at the Treehouse. The home was as advertised (except the fireplace mentioned isn’t useable). Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Wonderful location, beautiful stream outback. Need to be able to climb stairs. Would love to stay here again!
