- Ontario Ave is steep so access via Rossi Hill Dr is recommended
- If there’s deep snow, try to park at the top flat area of Ontario


DIRECTIONS:
-- From Marsac Ave: Get dropped off at Shorty’s Stairs (400 Marsac Ave)
- Walk halfway up Shorty’s Stairs, about 40 steps, take your first right
- The second house on the left that’s green with yellow trim and a historic plaque is your destination
- Walk up the front stairs along the left side of the house, up the rear stairs through the deck gate, and across the deck. The door is on the right

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 5:00 PM
- Unload/park at the top of Shorty’s Stairs on Ontario Ave, and walk down Shorty’s Stairs to the sidewalk that leads to the house
- The property is Unit C. Above the front door, it says 'The Treefort'
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is to the left of the door. The code is 1970
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- When leaving, park at the bottom of Shorty’s Stairs at Marsac Ave, and walk down that way so you’re never carrying your bags up Shorty’s Stairs
- Leave the key in the door
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Trash can be taken to the bins at the condos below the house facing Marsac or up to the 355 Ontario trashcans
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Please place all used sheets and towels inside the front door on the floor and start a load to make it easier for our fabulous cleaning crew
- Please close the blinds
- Please shovel if there’s a snowstorm
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please only open the skylight and door. The windows are not meant to open beyond where we keep them set for the a/c unit
- Please do not wear shoes inside the unit. We appreciate your cooperation with no shoes in the house (or left on entry mat in winter) due to salt/snow damage
- The painting and maps are mostly originals, please treat them with care
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- This property sleeps 4 guests on the full sleeper sofa and lofted full bed, but can accommodate up to 5 guests by using the twin mattresses in the window
- The side yard with chairs and shade is a shared space The deck is for the main home on the other side of the deck from The Treefort but is used by The Treefort only for access to the unit
- The gas fireplace has a remote. 'auto on' should be set just use up down arrows and it will go on and off as will the fan (dial on back right of fireplace). Also electric space heaters located in unit
- There is a shovel on the deck and guests are encouraged to salt/shovel etc as needed. We have a shoveler who periodically stops by but if often builds up before he's there (big storms he can be days behind)
- Feel free to use any of the cookware, spices, and condiments there are

- There are several spots on Marsac just up from Shorty's Stairs (perpendicular to Marsac) or on Ontario Ave and Rossi Hill Dr. Also, subject to restrictions/fee is parking in China Bridge Lot and Sandridge Lot
