Perfect getaway
5/5 My brother and I were swinging through park city for our utah ski trip and this condo was a perfect fit! It was larger than expected. Very clean and cozy. You have your own private hot tub and beautiful views. Would 100% recommend!

Great getaway in Park City!
5/5 We booked this property literally just for relaxing and doing nothing. We don't ski, we just needed to unwind. The hot tub was great, the condo had everything we needed. We have already decided we will book there again in the future! Thanks!

Dirty
1/5 When I arrived the hot tub was open, on, and filthy. I contacted the property manager that said they would send someone to clean it. They never did. The main reason I booked this place was for the hot tub. The towel rack was broken and the pillows were old, stained, and gross. I would never stay here again. And I'm really leary to use VRBO again either. I've never had this bad of an experience.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the issue with the hot tub. We do make an effort to respond quickly to any issues our guests may have and could have had the ground contact come up to look at it, but they were not able to get to the property until a day later due to distance. It was resolved as soon as possible to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded. We are working closely with our cleaning team to make sure they will uphold our high standards of cleanliness and that nothing will be overlooked in the future. Our goal is to ensure that every guest who stays in our home has a great experience and we endeavor to be very responsive to anything that comes up!
