    4/5

A very flexible place to stay if you ski both Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons. This is our second condo experience there. This year’s condo unit had several minor issues with things such as the room tv, fixtures, etc. But it was clean, had many amenities, and worked out well for us.

  • Unprepared Rental Property

    3/5

Although the person on call at check-in was helpful, he seemed just as surprised as I was to not have the correct entry code, WiFi or parking pass. On top of that, the sofa bed was broken for our kids to sleep on and our friend had to spend $50 at Home Depot on parts to fix it. The rental was okay, but it was clear that they were not adequately prepared to have guests stay there.

  • Great Property Manager - Not Good Owner

    3/5

We had a lot of issues with the property owner at the beginning of this trip trying to push us to another location last minute. We also had not working AC as well as a chunk of ponytail hair left by one of the beds. The property owner was fantastic at resolving.

    2/5

Our group of six adults rented this property. When we got there, the code to the front door did not work. We were locked out of the condo, with all of our luggage and groceries for about 25 min. We waited outside in freezing temps for someone to return our phone calls. When they did, they told us they had accidentally given us the wrong code. They gave us the right one and we were able to get in. However, when we got in, the condo temperature was 56°. We turned up the heat, but apparently the heater was not working. After a couple of hours of being very cold, and playing around with the thermostat, they brought us two space heaters, and said they would have someone come in the morning to look at the furnace. We used the natural gas fireplace in the living room, and the space heaters to warm up the condo. In the middle of the night around 3 am, many of us woke up to a very strong smell of natural gas. Five out of six of us had extremely bad headaches, we had to open the windows and the door for fresh air. It was a rough night! Instead of spending our time enjoying one another's company, we spent most of the first evening on the phone, being passed off from one person to another. They sent a maintenance guy to come and check out the furnace the next day. He told us the property hasn't been used in a very long time due to a flood and that the fireplace should have been turned on prior to us coming to let whatever had built up burn off, with doors and windows open to clear the air. We found a weevil in the silverware drawer, bugs in a pot and the dishes were not clean. We ran a load of dishes in the dishwasher before we felt we could use them. The cupboards doors were stuck shut and there were crumbs in every drawer. The back bedroom had a little leak in the ceiling resulting in a wet spot in the carpet. We come to Park city every year with this group, and this was by far our worst experience. We paid a lot of money for this property and requested that they reimburse us for the one night when we did not have heat. They gave us a 50% refund for the one night and sent us to lunch while they had a maintenance guy come and fix the furnace the next day. They told me this was their final decision and that they felt they were more then fair in compensating us the 50% of one night and that they would take 15% off of the cleaning fee. If you're looking for a place to stay in Park city, I would steer clear of this one.

  • Cancelled while Traveling

    1/5

We arrived at the unit and found we could not gain entry. We were able to contact a customer service agent listed who told us that our reservation had been cancelled that morning (indeed there was an email sent to us while we were in-flight across the country). We were told by several customer service agents that the property should not have been listed as available. No one was rude but everyone was completely negligent. It was emphasized to us that we had received their cancellation email that afternoon. Guest services blamed property management. Property management blamed the owner. We were left in the parking lot with our family looking for a place to stay for the week.
