Pool and Hot Tub are always broken down!
3/5 I have rented 7 different times in this subdivision or HOA and only 1 trip did the pool and hot tub work! It's very frustrating when kids really look forward to it. I would not rent in this area if you really want to sit in a hot tub after a long day or if you have kids that really want to swim. Also note, there is only 1 tv here. So, if you want to watch the news in your room while the kids are watching cartoons in the front room, that won't happen!

-This last year, our HOA authorized around $20,000 to conduct major improvements for our pool and hot tub. We're sorry that your visit coincided with some of that construction renovation.
-Only one TV is advertised, and it can be seen photographed in the living room.

5/5 10 people on a roadtrip from Cali to Moab and this was our longest stay on the journey. It was time to take it easy, recharge in 4 days and carry on to next adventure. We arrived little earlier than check in time but Owner was kind enough to let us in and made sure house was warm when we arrive (it was 32 outside) Kids loved the place and bunk beds while adults enjoyed the fireplace and then for next 4 days this was our home away from home!! It was tastefully decorated & all things required were in place! Enough towels, enough beddings and enough space for all :) We highly recommend this place!!
