5/5 We enjoyed our stay here- plenty of room for everyone, and a quiet neighborhood right in town. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The stairs are steep and long to the downstairs area. A gate for the top of the stairs would have been a nice addition since we had a toddler. But overall, very nice.

Location, Location, Location!
5/5 We stayed here in January '23 for my 40th birthday celebration in Moab. Unbelievable location in Moab - walkable to shops, restaurants, and other stores. A 10 min or less drive to arches; 40-45 min drive to Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park. Home was very clean, orderly and nice. Property manager, Shae, was very responsive, understanding and accommodating. 2 infant/toddler 'pack and plays' were provided and were very nice to have in the home while we traveled with our 7 month old. Kitchen was fully equipped. Hot tub is very large. Lots of exterior security cameras (2 facing the hot tub). The gas firepit outside is operable, but in 25-35 degree temps outside, we found that it did not heat enough to sit by it. The home really has it all and we would absolutely stay here again! 10/10! Thanks for an incredible experience where we made lasting memories!
