Good for groups
4/5 Room and bed setup were perfect for 3 families. Plenty of space to hang out. Functional kitchen for group. Hot tub and game room and back yard were great! I was worried hot tub wouldn’t be clean/working, but it was!
Not giving five stars only because certain things were not as clean as I would have liked. With some additional cleaning and maintenance this place could be awesome.
Otherwise, great place and we had a wonderful time.

Moab Trip
4/5 Overall we enjoyed the house. It was clean and well stocked. There were a few small issues that can be easily fixed. They were dead batteries in some of the TV remotes and burnt out bulbs in the back yard. The house is spacious with comfortable beds. Will definitely consider renting it again.
