5/5 Over all this little house is perfect for a visit to Bryce/Zion national parks along with many trails and national forests, and most importantly Best friends animal sanctuary. Easy walking to restaurants/grocery. The only issue is the yard is not fully fenced-but the owner has plans to do so this year- then it would be perfect for families/small children/ all dogs. Overall we would recommend this property.

Great family home!
5/5 This house was perfect for our family trip to Utah. It had all the amenities a family would need. Also the neighborhood was quiet and walking distance to stores and restaurants.
5/5 We had the best time. Property was clean, cute and comfortable for our family of 4! Newly updated. Fully stocked with all your home away from home needs and great location. It snowed and rained all week, but would have been easy to walk to all the best dinner spots and the grocery store. Kanab is stunning and this was the perfect little getaway spot! For those adventure lovers, we explored over 40 miles of trails - including horseshoe bend, white wave, peekaboo canyon, cottonwood canyon, south coyote buttes, Bryce NP, Zion NP and more! There’s SO much SO close!!!
