  Spending $2,000 for 4 nights and 2 1/2 days i didn't like the requirements of cleaning up before we left talking sheets and pillow cases of and putting them in laundry, washing towels, emptying trash cans etc. I felt like the very maid i was paying for.

  Great layout, lots of room and beds. Appreciate it a supply of basic things like tinfoil, baggies, toilet paper etc. We also loved the Keurig coffee maker and lots of different coffees to choose from. I have never stayed in a VRBO before where they left some basic things for us!

• Wonderful Place to Stay

  We really enjoyed our stay at this Garden City Getaway. We found the home to be clean and well stocked. We like to cook, so it was nice to have sharp knives, lovely dishes, and nonstick pans that weren't worn out. We also appreciated the clean, white towels, plenty of toilet paper, and other bathroom necessities. One of the children needed a band-aid. It took a while to find the first-aid kit, but it is there under the kitchen sink! It felt like the owners had thought of many little extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

  We highly recommend this getaway as a nice place to stay in Garden City. As a note for those potentially booking this home, the bunk beds are best for kids. We tried putting a couple of single adults on the bottom beds, but they were not very comfortable for adults. Still it was great to have plenty of bedrooms and privacy for our group.

  This house fit all of our family of almost 20. Was great with a bunch of kids with all the bunks. Great location to town and the beach. Stocked really well with everything we needed and plenty of tableware for many people. The house had a few things that could have been cleaned a little better, but that was only complaint.

• Beautiful house and lovely location

  This house was very useful for our small family gathering as a mid-point between Washington and Colorado. We were comfortable and close to the things we needed to access, such as the lake and some nearby caves. We also appreciated access to the neighborhood pool. We did find that seating upstairs was not quite enough for our group at times, but we managed. I would definitely consider staying in this house again if we came back to Bear Lake.
