  Everything was perfect except the Vrbo listing and confirmation insured we had garage parking. That was not the case as we had to park on the street. The garage was one of the main reasons we selected this property.

  Our first VRBO experience was fantastic. The location was perfect in Eden - between Ogden and Powder Mountain. For skiing once every 5 years I would hands down pick Powder Mountain - they limit tickets to 1500(so purchase in advance online) on a huge ski area, extremely beautiful with Aspen and Pines, and not dotted with homes, All natural powder and majority green/blue runs was perfect.

  The Townhome fit us perfectly as we had 5 adults and a 2 year old. This has a great deck with a hot tub and under the stars in February - can't beat it. Equipped with plenty of dishes, towels, gas grill, washer/dryer, hot tub, and the hosts were fantastic and very responsive to any question or concerns. The check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier.

  I would recommend this listing to anyone with a 5-6 person party. Plenty of beds, baths, dining table sat 8-10, living room was comfortable. This would be a great location for anytime of year. Within 2 miles you have some great food, coffee, Utah state liquor, and a local bike/ski shop (Diamond Peak) where we rented our ski equipment. BTW - the Diamond Peak team were awesome as well.

  This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything is relatively new. Having a garage made a huge difference on those cold snowy mornings. The location is within 10 minutes of Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley. Communication with the property manager was great and they were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely look to stay here again.

  I booked this rental for June 17, 2022 and was unable to complete my stay as no info on how to enter the property was sent in advance. No one reached out until after 9PM - hours after the check in time and after many attempts from myself and VRBO to reach someone. As you can imagine, spending hundreds of dollars on the rental in addition to travel fees only to be left sitting outside of the property with no way to access it is completely unacceptable. I am trying to get my money back. VRBO assured me on the phone that a refund would be given but after much back & forth including bank statements and call logs, they informed us they would not refund us.

  - We have since confirmed that check-in instructions, including access codes, were sent to you in advance of your planned stay on June 3rd to the email address you provided This included my phone number and email address to which I did not receive any calls or emails, had I received a call or email I would have responded promptly. You said you did not stay at the property so we were confused when our cleaning services reported back the property had been occupied and provided photo documentation showing trash in the trash cans, and beds slept in, one was left unmade and the other was stripped of the linens.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  We had a great experience! The townhome was clean and spacious, looked just like the pictures. Views from the hot tub were fantastic. Property management was quick to respond when we had questions during our trip. Would definitely stay here again!
