Not for faint of heart
4/5 This property was clean, beautiful as photos and equidistant from Bryce and Zion. So awesome. Ivan is a good communicator. However, and this is a big however, the last couple miles is a doozy! We had all wheel drive and chains and still felt lucky to reach the property every time we came home. I’m comfortable driving in snow and mountains, but the steep grade and sharp curves coupled with the mud and snow made this drive a white knuckle experience every time. In winter you need 4x4 and probably chains for back up. In other months AWD at a minimum and if it’s muddy you might not make it with that. If you are a timid driver look for a more accessible rental. If you are a road beast looking for some excitement in a picture perfect location book now.
