We enjoyed outlet stay at this home. Nice spacious house. Had everything we would need. Comfy beds, extra blankets, games, grill. Overall highly recommend!

The accommodations were okay/average at best. It had most of what you would need for a stay with exception of a traditional coffee maker. Although there is plenty of sleeping area for six. There wasn’t enough seating in the family room. The washer and dryer work great. Being able to park in the garage was also a plus. The location is close to the downtown area and the university. However, the street can get very busy with school traffic. The interior was clean with the exception of an additional blanket that was laid on the bed in the master bedroom. The master bed was worn and uncomfortable for us, we prefer a firm mattress. The exterior yard area, front and back, were unkept, nothing like the photos.
We chose this location because it was pretty much between Bryce and Zion National Parks. Easy drive to both parks.
