We had booked this stay as we have many times at Brian Head through VRBO to enjoy an annual ski trip as a family. No place is ever perfect, but well enough that we are happy with our stays, and have always given 5 stars. With that said, we were shocked & disappointed upon walking into this condo. This place was NOT what was advertised or clean and deserves this 1 star review.First of all, it's on the 3rd story so pack light. "Stairs to access" should have been more accurate. Secondly, it says "2.5 bathrooms" to accommodate 10 PEOPLE, which would be enough had it been true. One "full bathroom" is a jacuzzi tub. With a hand-held shower head (that had hair on it). Nowhere that you can actually take a shower. The other "full bathroom" was a 2'X2' shower from the 80s that was not "remodeled" like the rest of the bathroom and purposely kept out of the photos for that reason. The 6 & 8 year old felt clausterphobic in it, never mind the 3 grown men could barely get in. So technically with no tub, that is a 3/4 shower...not full. For a five day stay that's disappointing, to say the least. Then the overall cleanliness was disgusting. Another hair on the shower curtain in the "full shower," toilet grime caked onto the baseboards in the bathroom, dirty coffee pot, appalling oven (hasn't been cleaned in years), no trash bags upon arrival, toilet clogged (plunger was found under the sink in a trash can filled with hair), and the list goes on. I would have considered maybe a star higher had Evolve addressed these issues we brought up immediately, but after they did a "detailed review" of the condo and our case (after we left and the surely the cleaning team made sure it was perfect before they walked in because this "review" was not sent until more than a week after we checked out) and claimed they didn't see any issues. I stand firm on the one star to make sure future guests are fairly warned.

Overall we had a great time. Owners were very responsive and the condo was well equipped and offered our two families plenty of room and fun. Only a few comments:1) One of the showers is not a full normal shower. It’s a big jacuzzi tub with a shower head that comes out but it’s not a standing full shower 2) Could use more hooks to hang up jackets, etc3) Be aware this is on the 3rd with no elevator so just know that (wasn’t a big deal for us at all)4) Well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, blankets, etc. Overall highly recommended and we’d go back. Oh, and the gentleman who I believe helps clean was fantastic and helped everyone with snow removal.
