    Overall the property was great! Just enough space for our family of 4. We loved the east 5 minute walk to Giant Steps resort. They could use some upgrades to cookware but everything is still usable.Since it’s on the first floor you definitely hear everything from above. We could hear every flush and sink turned on which were extremely loud. It didn’t ruin our stay but be aware you will hear others.

    No complaints, we loved the space. Good beds, excellent couch, loved having fires at night. And a well enough stocked kitchen to do a Thanksgiving dinner. We weren't able to get into the hot tub- the code didn't work, but weren't that concerned about it or we could have contacted the owners.
