Winter Vacay
5/5 Our stay in Brianhead was amazing. We hit one snag during check in. One call to Nate and it was resolved within 15min. The cleaners were the sweetest people. In fact, everyone we met was super kind and helpful, from the pizza place to the ski instructors. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for our family of four.

Perfect for family of 4
4/5 This condo was amazing! One of the cleanest VRBOs I've ever been in. It had more than enough amenities and is perfect for a family of 4. We couldn't get the garage door to open, we called Nate for help. He said he'd contact the owner and get back to us, but we never heard from him again during our 4 day stay. Would have been nice to use the garage as promised. That's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

In Love w/Brian Head
4/5 This is a fantastic property! Plenty of room for myself, my husband and our 2 boys. The location can´t be beat. Being 2 minutes walking distance to lifts 1 & 8 was outstanding! The unit had absolutely everything needed for a vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and having 2 bathrooms and 2 hangout areas was perfect for our crew. The only reason I put a 3 for cleanliness is due to the unit not having been cleaned upon arrival, but I cleaned it with the cleaning supplies available and was able to wash sheets and towels in the unit. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew and we arrived late at night. The Evolve Team responded immediately to my text messages and refunded the cleaning fee as it was too late the night we arrived for anyone to come over. Cleanliness would have been a 5 otherwise. Loved this place and will definitely book it again if available!

Cozy with a great location
4/5 Loved being so close to lifts #1 and #8. The kitchen was a nice size and well-stocked. The bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are nicely remodeled, and it is great having a garage and a large balcony! The only negatives were that the living room was very small for our group of 8 and we missed having a dining table. Enjoyed our stay!
Quiet & Cozy Rental
5/5 We stayed here for a week during the summer months. This unit was quiet, fit our family of 7 perfectly, and had many amenities. There are plenty of beds, blankets, games, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It was missing some foil, plastic wrap, and baggies. Also, there was no hair dryer. The balcony has a grill and fire pit. We hope to stay here again next year.
