  This is an awesome house. Great second floor deck for hanging out. Cargo lift was so useful. Interior is very clean and roomy. Definitely will be a repeat rental for my family and I in the future.

  It's a beautiful newer home and the family really enjoyed the time there. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom or balcony. The cargo lift was especially helpful getting belongings to the third floor and the second level porch has its own kitchen and bathroom for guests. It was a busy holiday weekend at Surfside, but the beach house is a short walking distance to the less crowded pedestrian beach. We were a few blocks from jetty park and the splash park. The only thing missing was a safety gate on the second level porch to feel more secure about children playing games on the porch. It's a beautiful second row view and we even saw an occasional ship passing by. We really hope to visit the beach house again.

• Ocean Delight

  This beach house proved to be the perfect place for a 3 generation getaway. The spacious bedrooms/bathrooms and comfortable beds were a real treat after a day of sun and surf. We found that the kitchen was well stocked with every convenience we needed to make our meals. However, the absolute BEST feature proved to be the second floor hang out space. We loved this area during the hottest part of the day, and in the early evening. It was perfect for young and old to play games, watch the ever changing ocean from elevated beach chairs, and just enjoy each others company. A bathroom and kitchenette on this level were also a bonus for convenience, as is the lift that services all 3 floors. My husband was thrilled not to have to carry our ice chest up flights of stairs!

  Our entire family enjoyed these accommodations, and hope to return next year. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental to families or groups looking for extra amenities, and wonderful ocean views.
