Great Christmas
5/5 The property was well taken care of and extremely clean. It appears to be a relatively new home. The layout was nice and the two bathrooms were great with 3 people. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware.

5/5 We’ve stayed at different properties in Surfside and this one is now my favorite. The location is perfect and the house is well maintained. We really enjoyed our trip and hope to stay here again. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach house for a fun and relaxing trip.

Comfortable Stay
5/5 The house was clean and tidy, check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft, air conditioning worked well, and the nasty Surfside city water was treated on-site. Some maintenance to be done - dishwasher was not working, front door knob handle comes off and there were a few burned out light bulbs. For our next visit we would probably stay a little closer to the beach, but frankly the walk was not bad at all.
