Great location, spacious, feels like a cheap hotel.
3/5 We come to Surfside beach every year. We’ve stayed in a lot of different places. This one is great as far as spaciousness goes. It was fresh and well laid out. The laundry room was inside the house, a major plus. However, it definitely felt like the owners took the cheapest, bare minimum route when preparing the house. The furniture was soothing colors and really great style - we loved the huge couch - but it was also all really flimsy and cheap. The number of beds and bedrooms was fabulous, but the linens and mattresses were really uncomfortable. On top of that, it just felt like the were trying to “maximize profits” by only giving one trash bag, no extra toilet paper, and no laundry soap (even though it’s listed in the supplies). It was fine, but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Clean beach house.
5/5 Very nice clean beach house. Short walk to beach. House is on vehicle access street to beach so super busy on the weekends. Overall great location and really nice beach house. No gas grill. Will stay here again. August 2022

Great property wonderful location.
5/5 It’s a great location right near the beach. Good restaurants located right on the beach. House was equipped with everything we needed very family friendly had a high chair, pack and play bouncer. The only issue was the grill was not in good working condition so we did not use it we purchased one and left it at the property for the next family. Property manager was very nice and kept us informed. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would do it again.

5/5 This was a great little property for a 3-day beach getaway. It's a super short walk to the beach and two nearby restaurants, with easy access by car to everything else in and around Surfside Beach. The property management team was very responsive to a couple minor issues we encountered when we first arrived. The beach house is spacious and has everything you'd need for a short stay: kitchen essentials, cleaning and laundry supplies, etc. We would definitely stay at this property again.
