Nice cozy cottage
5/5 House is updated from the listing photos in a positive manner. The floor definitely needs some attention. The carport is unusable with rain, there should be a way to pump the water out. Heavy rains had us nearly trapped as water comes up past the stairs. Otherwise we had a nice stay!

4/5 The property was in a great location and the house was ok but the floors were not put together well. There were places the floor just separated and you felt like you could fall through. Overall it was a good time.

We had a great time in Surfside beach Texas
5/5 I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was nice and has been repainted blue. There were very few negative things I can think of. One is the lawn crew waking me up at 7am on Tuesday morning. It might be better to schedule this later, or when there are no guests in the house. Also, the AC seems to have a little trouble providing adequate ventilation to the bedrooms in back.

3/5 The location is great, steps to the beach. Fits 4 guests comfortably. The photos should be changed, advertised are old. Different furniture, set up, even home is a different color. We were looking forward to the hangout below, it is not the same as photos shown, a charcoal grill and some loungers that were not usable were there. Bring your own essentials!
