Serious need of TLC
2/5 Dirty with dead bugs, hair, and sand. Furniture torn and dirty with sand. Patio furniture mildewed and windows took roll ofPaper towels to clean. Not a good place for crawling baby.

- We were surprised to hear your feedback as we were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay. We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest stay, unfortunately there was confusion with our cleaning services calendar. We have since followed up with our cleaning service to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
We wish you had reached out during your stay and given us the opportunity to address your concerns. We would have promptly responded and sent the cleaning service back to the home to ensure you could fully enjoy your stay.

2/5 I had to have an account for the property to view check in arrangements. Didn’t have to do this for other stays (not vrbo). Also, the company did not supply us with the code for beach access. The condo smelled moldy and the furniture smelled the same. There was no bath mats or hair dryer ( which was advertised). The furniture had rips needed to be updated. But the kitchen was nice and stocked with all cooking utensils. Door to balcony didn’t lock, balcony light was broken.
