  The best part of this place was the balcony. It’s large with comfy sofas and chairs (but tiny tables, not even big enough for food). The view was great. Unfortunately most every other part was disappointing. The bedrooms - One of the bunk room beds was so squeaky that it kept all the kids awake anytime someone rolled over (and literally not one thing on the walls to try and make it homey). The second bedroom bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were as flat as pancakes - and the bedding was so old and pilled. Just awful. (I didn’t sleep in the master, so not sure on that.)The kitchen - There wasn’t a pan or colander big enough to make two boxes of mac and cheese, not enough silverware for everyone to eat, the cheapest plastic dishes imaginable, a coffee pot that only made two large cups (when a 12-cup is $35 at Walmart), only one serving/mixing bowl bowl, no Tupperware, etc., etc. The baths - no big complains here except in the hall bath, there was literally not one place to hang a towel or washcloth to dry. And there was nothing to hang a hand towel either. So we had to have towels hanging all over the place. It’s sad because this place looked nice online, and they could spend so little to actually outfit it so it would be a nice place to stay. I’m sure things need to be replaced, but as a former beach house owner, this needs to be built in.

  -Mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past, however, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. While all our mattresses may not be a perfect fit for every preference, however, they are one of the most approved in the market
  -You let us know about the noise the bunk beds made, and would have been more than happy to resolve this issue during your stay. Unfortunately, I was traveling and was not able to address the issue immediately, we're sorry how this had an impact on your stay
  -We are looking carefully into each item in your review so we can ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
  We are accustomed to providing a 5-star experience for all of our guests and making your time at our home the best it can be. We're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

  My friends and I had a great time at this property. The view is simply amazing, and the property is a couple minute walk to the beach. Good access to many of the popular places to hang out and convenient.

  We love staying at Saida Towers. This particular unit was absolutely perfect for our family, from the amazing views to the renovated bathrooms. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating. There is a great bar on site and 3 amazing pools that were never too packed. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and the grounds were very well kept. Hopefully we can book this unit every year for our annual SPI vacation!
