• Not accommodating and bad service

  I usually do not leave reviews, however the experience I had at this property was not pleasant. I asked if I could do an early check in and if they could accommodate it. They said no, they will not be able to since it will not be ready. Which was understandable, however we were not able to check in until 5pm. We had to wait downstairs til they were done. Once, we checked in, the maid said toilet is broken. Someone will come and fix it for us the same day, which was fine with us. They came and told us the needed buy some parts and stores are closed. They will come tomorrow to fix it.

  When we walked in, the condo smelled really bad. We opened all the doors, hoping the smell goes away. The bedding did not smell like it was washed, found dirty stinky socks in the sofa. Dishes was dirty with food on it. Need I say more?

  Anyways, no one contacted us regarding the toilet. They go in and out of the condo without notice. We walked in with someone inside the condo and surprised the crap out of us. My lilo girl walked in first and ran back out screaming. Mommy mommy there’s a stranger here.

  That all being said, we didn’t let those things ruin our weekend.

  When it was time to check out. We asked Lisa if she could accommodate a late check out since we checked in late. She said no they had another check in. So we packed up and went to our other condo that was able to accommodate the late check out. Mind y’all that the cleaning service did not come when we left at noon, therefore we could’ve check out late.

  All my communication was with the manager Lisa that was not helpful or care.

  All her answer was no and didn’t addressed the complaint about the toilet but quickly can disregard everything else I requested.

  I even asked if we were able to at least get accommodations for the late check in and toilet issues. She ignored my request.

  So if you are thinking about booking this place, please beware that you will get what you pay for. 2 star motel service.

  Hi Lexie, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
  - Unfortunately, the previous Guest who checked out late left the unit in an unsatisfactory condition, which impacted your check-in time. We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home for guests. Our cleaners did their best with fixing the issue with the toilet, however, they could not, thus a plumber was called, and you were updated with this information
  - We will follow up with our HOA to verify and discuss best practices for maintenance when entering the apartment occupied/unoccupied. We regret that you experienced such an uncomfortable situation
  - Early check-in/late check-outs are at our discretion, however, our cleaner informed us that they made an error and we could have accommodated this request. We apologize for this inconvenience, and the expectation of addressing all concerns and paying attention to the calendar was held with our manager

• Great for a week long family stay

  This was perfect for our family beach vacation with young kids. We loved being so close to the beach and the ocean view was spectacular. Even on days when we spent less time on the beach due to weather, it was great having the wall of windows over-looking the ocean to still enjoy.

• Beach perfect

  Great condo, very clean and had everything you need. Plenty of room for 5 of us. View of the Gulf from inside and the patio were perfect. Step outside the condo and walk right out onto the beach. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

  Condo was as described and true to the pictures. Very clean and well appointed, with a great view of the beach!

  Easy to check in/out, close to everything, especially the beach boardwalk

  Would definitely stay here again!
