5/5 We loved it. Beach was near by my little one enjoyed the beach toys and we loved the fact it had chairs,cooler canopy everything needed for beach.

4/5 The furniture was not real comfortable for our older bodies but The apartment had most of what we needed for a nice week at South Padre Island.

3/5 If you are looking for an inexpensive option, this is a good rental. The building needs maintenance, and is very loud. The loudness if out of the landlords control but we were not able to sleep due to the outside noise from multiple neighbors. The bed feels like you are sleeping in an inflatable mattress. The shower does have some black spots that need to be cleaned out. The sofa bed was dirty, removed the blue cover and found all kinds of hairs and just not clean. You get what you pay for with this unit.
