• Cute and Comfy Condo

  The condo was beautiful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. We did have problems with the plumbing and HVAC, but Casey was nice and says they are taken care of now. She is communicative and nice to work with.

  This condo was decorated very cute.

  It was very clean.

  It was located conveniently to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

  On the negative side:

  The washer and dryer did not work and we were left with 4 towels for 4 adults staying 4 nights, which not very courteous.

  The garbage disposal did not work.

  The ice maker did not work.

  The doorbell did not work.

  The master bathtub did not have any cold water.

  The pool was very dirty after the first night.

  Not very clean, which makes for an uncomfortable stay.

  Hi Tamara, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We have high standards of hospitality for our property to ensure our guests have a positive stay. We're truly sorry to hear that you didn't have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide. As with any guest concerns, we would have been happy to address them right away. We were not aware the washer was out of service. We appreciate the feedback and we are sincerely sorry for any evidence of cleanliness issues you found in the home since this is not consistent with our cleaning expectations and to make sure that these areas aren't missed moving forward. We also recognized that the cleaning was not meeting our expectations and we switched to a new cleaning service so that future guests will not share the same experience. They will be monitored to ensure expectations and standards are being met. We hope the generous measures taken to make things right helped make up for some of the inconvenience. As evidenced by previous reviews, the owner goes above and beyond for their guests, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!

• Don’t forget your wash cloth

  This property was perfect. The only thing that was missing were wash clothes/face towels. We found a lot of great things to do within walking distance. If you don’t rent a car, rent a golf cart.
