Awesome place!
5/5 The pet-friendly, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment was super clean including the towels and bed linens. It equipped with all the necessities, like plates, cups, paper towels, bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies and even a stocked coffee bar, etc.
We enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.
Quiet and just the right amount of space
3/5 I really liked the interior of the house and it was just the right size for my stay. However, the check-in process wasn’t made clear in regards to the driveway. I pulled into the driveway that went with the house (that is a duplex), and the neighbor (who wasn’t very friendly) came outside asking me to move because she lived there, so I moved my car to the street. I reached out to the contact that was listed and didn’t hear back until the next morning, who explained there had been issues in the past with the driveway/parking situation. The first night of my stay I noticed both drain flies and fleas in the bathroom, but they were nowhere else in the house, so I would recommend the owners use a bug bomb after guests who bring their pets stay in the house. Aside from the aforementioned issues, the house is just a short drive from downtown San Marcos and is in a quiet neighborhood.

5/5 Really nice secluded apt. yet close to all the convenience at a reach. Close to hwy. and minutes away from downtown historical San Marcos. Loved the night lively atmosphere.
