Wonderful place
5/5 This is our second time staying here - same condo but 2 different units. Our host was/is very attentive and accommodating. We love that it is right on the square and will only stay at this location when we come to visit!
Not bad for a quick stay!
4/5 Experience overall was great location, cute place for weekend stay! Easy access to river and can walk pretty much everywhere you need to go while staying. Downside, previous renters hair in shower, floor was dirty/sticky, no iron provided and can hear next door renters full conversations. Overall, not bad for a quick weekend stay.

Great stay in the heart of downtown SMTX
5/5 Great location and well appointed modern condo. Easy to get to with plenty of parking off the street. Right in the middle of all the action and walking distance to supermarket. Place was very nice, with modern amenities and all you could need. We especially loved the exposed brick and overall aesthetic. Our host was great at providing details and follow up!

5/5 My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The inside was stunning! On the square meant walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. Will definitely look at booking again when I come visit my daughter here at TXST!
4/5 Manager Ann is very friendly and helpful. She came in to assist with tech problems I had. Nevertheless I was not able to connect to their WiFi. I got my devise checked and it worked anywhere else. So I’d go to a nearby bar when necessary. They also let me park my car since the rental property has limited /no parking. Coming out of the building to the left a group of usually 3 people and their dog seemed to have set up ‘home’ at the entryway/sidewalk of a shop. On weekends another person set up on the sidewalk to the right of the entrance. The apartment is pretty. However, my bedroom was next to the neighbors’ bedroom with apparently very thin wall. The few times somebody was staying there I could hear every single word spoken and decided to sleep on the couch with TV on.. Overall I had a nice stay and was comfortable.
