As soon as we were notified, it became our top priority in getting it fixed in under two hours, but we regret that if you thought it was a delay. We can assure you that this is not a typical experience for our guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope you give us another opportunity to meet your expectations in the future."
Rough remodel, exorbitant pet fee, look for pet friendly hotel
3/5 I’d say the listing is accurate and it got the job done, but this place is “band-aid” remodeled, and the neighborhood is a bit rough. The pet free is a higher charge than I’ve EVER seen anywhere else and the place probably take two whole seconds to clean. We would’ve booked a pet friendly hotel that has no extra cost AND you don’t have to clean up after yourself after paying them TWO cleaning fees. On top of that the backyard looked rough. We wouldn’t have been able to safely leave our pup out to enjoy the weather while we were away, which forced us to take trips back and forth from a wedding. If you just need a place to crash and don’t care about the rest, this place is for you.

Nice central location
5/5 We enjoyed this little house. It is very small but it was great for a short weekend with our children and pups. Property managers were very responsive to any help needed during our stay.
