Terrible experience at this house
1/5 When we arrived at this house the air freshener smell was so overwhelming! As we went through the house to check it out we discovered there were 16 plug in air fresheners! Yuck!! (Makes you wonder what other smells they were trying to hide.) We removed them all and put them outside and opened all the windows all night which didn't make a difference at all. The overwhelming smell made myself and two of my kids sick with headaches and nausea whenever we were in the house.
The carpets were stained, gross and poorly vacuumed. The kitchen had barely anything in it. We are a family of 6 and there was 4 plates and 4 bowls TOTAL. Also minimal silverware and pots and pans. We couldn't cook in the kitchen because there was nothing there which meant we ate out more than planned.
We contacted the home owner shortly after arrival about these issues and after a lengthy conversation he apologized for the smell and offered to get us some paper bowls. 🙄
We then contacted Evolve customer service right away and they were fantastic! McKenna was kind, listened to us and fought for us. She was great!
Long story short, we would not recommend this house it was terrible. But we would highly recommend Evolve as a company because of their fantastic customer service.

- We have air fresheners in the home to ensure it has a fresh scent, but we understand if the smell might not suit your personal preferences.
- The house was built in 2015, and we take great pride in shampooing the carpets several times a year and vacuuming after every guest.
- We offered to bring more dishes during your stay, but you declined. We have since added more dishes that our guests can use.
